Please note that any cloth which you may offer should be made      of a good grade of cotton,suitable for dyeing into dark shades.   54. We regret to inform you that we can not accept your offer. your      prices are prohibitive.we have the impression your prices is higher      than that in the average market which is now showing a decline.   55. We regret that we are not in a position to accept your offer because      another supplier in your market offered us the similar article at a      price 3% lower. extremely keen competition in the toy business      makes even lower prices most necessary.
