business and the means at our diaposal are sufficient for us to
undertake any command from you.
13. In regard to the terms of business,we make it our customs to trade on
a banker's irrevocable letter of credit,under which draw a draft at sight.
14. Payment: The terms of D/P may be acceptable, though the payment
under an irrevocable and confirmed L/C is preferable. The business on
D/P terms shall be done subject to The Korean government's approval.
