96. We are sorry to have received your claim of September 5,      requesting us to make a 100% allowance on account of the      quality not being the same as the sample.   97. Under this circumstances, we trust you will agree that we      can not be expected to grant a free replacement of this      damaged toys. we are ready, however, to compromise by       replacing them at a reduced price of 7c each.   98. This is the maximum concession we can afford.should you      not agree to accept our proposal, we would like to settle by      arbitration.   99. We must, therefore, refuse to accept the goods if returned,      and shall have no alternative but to insist on an early      settlement in full.   100. We would suggest that this claim should be settled in accordance        with the arbitration rule of the international chamber of commerce.
