We are pleased to inform you that as soon as we received      your cable we arranged with our bankers to modify the letter      of credeit as requested. and we trust you have been able to      dispatch 3,000 yard on July boat and 5,000 yard by direct      vessel in mid-August in accordance with the terms " partial "      and " transshipment allowed " newly inserted.   72. As informed by cable, the sailing of s.s. "Arirang" was cancelled      because of serious demage she sustained while at the berth in      Busan. this has made us impossible to ship the goods within the      life time of L/C which expires on May 20, under the circum-      stances we earnestly hope that you will extend the credit to the      end of this month.   73. We should like to confirm our cable dispatch informing you that      we have shipped the following goods by the M/S " Arirang "      which left here on May 2.   74. This boat is scheduled to sail from Busan on December 9, we      have completed shipment of all goods covered by your L/C No.      15956 and hope that the goods will reach you safely and open up      satisfactory. we will send you the shipping documents by air-mail      within a few days. and for your reference, as cabled on 8th      November, the s.s." wilson " has left this port carrying the goods      for order No. 185.   75. Your order of December 20 enclosing a cheque for US$ 100 has      been received. the loading of the goods is expected within three      weeks, but in case of delay, you will be notified immediately.
