We have just received the 150 cases of chinaware you      shipped by M/S " Amazon " on your order No.315 of August      12, but regret to inform you that cases No. 3&6 are broken      and their contents badly damaged  through faulty packing.   80. We have received the bolts and nuts this morning, consigned      by you on February 15, but upon opening the packing, we find      that none of the quantities of sizes correspond to your      commercial invoice of that date.the goods we ordered on      January 30 have arrived in a damaged condition.
