A comparision of the cuttings enclosed will convince      you of the reasonableness of our claim. and upon      examination, we find that all the cases weigh short      by from 5 to 12 lbs. and there is little doubt that the      breakage happened in transit.   85. This is not the first time a delay in delivery has      occured, and the increasing frequency of the trouble      compels us to point out that business on this      conditions can not be continued for long. none of the      articles in this case is of any use to us and we hold      them at your disposal.
